Membership & Training Policies Simple. No contracts. No surprises.

At NMA we want training to feel welcoming and pressure-free. Our policies are designed to keep things fair and transparent for everyone.

Memberships

• All memberships are month-to-month

• Memberships auto-renew for convenience

• You can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice by emailing nguyenmartialarts@gmail.com

• All cancellation requests must be submitted by email only — we are unable to process requests made in person, over the phone, or through text message

• We are no longer using the request form — email is the only way to submit cancellations going forward

• We do not offer membership holds or freezes

• Memberships and class passes are non-transferable

• Please note that if you cancel and return at a later date you will be placed on current pricing at that time

Payments

• Credit card payments only

• All membership fees include applicable taxes (GST 5%)

Late Payments

• A fee will be added to your account if your membership payment is unsuccessful

• 1st late payment: $10.00

• 2nd late payment: $20.00

• 3rd late payment and onwards: $30.00 per occurrence

• Membership continues once your outstanding balance is paid in full

Class Passes

• Class passes auto-renew once all classes are used

• Valid for 6 months from date of purchase

• You can attend two classes back-to-back on the same day

Trial Class

• New members are welcome to try one class before committing

• After your trial you can choose a class pass or membership

Refunds

• All purchases are final

Community Standards NMA is built on respect, safety, and a positive training environment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of misconduct, non-payment, or violation of gym policies.
