Membership & Training Policies

Simple. Flexible. No contracts.

At NMA, we want training to feel welcoming and pressure-free. Our policies are designed to keep things fair, simple, and transparent for everyone.

Memberships

  • All memberships are month-to-month

  • Memberships auto-renew for convenience

  • You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice

  • Cancellation requests are submitted online

Holds & Freezes

  • Taking time off? We offer flexible membership freezes.

  • A small $10 admin fee applies per freeze

  • Memberships automatically resume after the hold period

  • Holds extend your membership and billing accordingly

  • All freeze requests are submitted online

Payments

  • Credit card payments only

  • All membership fees include applicable taxes (GST 5%)

Class Passes & Drop-Ins

10-Class Pass

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase

  • Holds are not available for class passes

Drop-Ins

  • Drop-ins can be purchased online

  • One drop-in per person

Trial Class

  • New members are welcome to try one class before committing

  • After the trial, you may choose a drop-in or membership option

Transfers & Refunds

  • Memberships and class passes are non-transferable

  • All purchases are final

Community Standards

NMA is built on respect, safety, and a positive training environment.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of misconduct, non-payment, or violation of gym policies.
